The Recipe of Rajma in Creamy Hot Sauce:
Quantity of Dried Rajma: approx. 125 gm
Soak the dried rajma in water for overnight
Cook rajma in a pressure cooker, in adequate quantity of water in low heat for up to 2 pressure cooker whistles
Mix the cooked, warm rajma along with its adequate quantity of stock with 2 tbsp. of veg mayonnaise tandoori – it is a mild-peppery, distinct flavored mayonnaise, smidgen of salt – according to preference of flavour, and a pinch of turmeric powder.
