The Recipe of Tasty Spinach Noodles:
Quantity of Hakka Noodles: 2 Hakka Noodles packets of 130 gms each = 260 gms
Hakka Veg Noodles made of superfine wheat flour
Cook the hakka noodles according to the package instructions
- In adequate quantity (or according to preference of flavour) of warm, cholesterol free butter, in low heat sauté mashed pieces of 8-10 garlic cloves for mild garlic flavour, when the mashed garlic pieces turn tad brown in colour, add finely sliced pieces of 6-8 small tomatoes and a pinch of turmeric powder to the blend, smidgen the mixture with salt – according to preference of taste,
- Add finely sliced pieces of a generous handful of spinach leaves to the melted mixture,
- When the mixture condenses, add the cooked noodles and sliced pieces of 4 plain omelettes, if the mixture turns dry in texture add adequate quantity of water.
These noodles are quite dry in texture with a combine pleasant flavour of garlic and spinach, serve these noodles with whisked, plain curd flavoured with a pinch of salt.
