- Marinate 500gm boneless pieces of chicken in:
¼ tsp. of turmeric powder
½ tsp. of kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp. of aagri masala – this blend of spices has a distinct lovely, moderate pungent flavour
Salt – according to preference of taste
- In a non- stick skillet, sauté the marinated chicken pieces and finely sliced pieces of 2 medium green capsicums in adequate quantity of warm, any mild-flavour, vegetable oil; after a little while blend the mixture with adequate quantity of water,
- When the chicken pieces are cooked with a spicy, thick broth of the melted capsicum pieces; you can further opt to warm the chicken pieces in high-heat to dry-up the broth.
And the Result – The flavour of this blend is delicious with the subtle taste and aroma of the piquant capsicum.
