Macaroni Pasta merged with butter, cheese, paneer and spinach is splendid.
Quantity of macaroni pasta: About 250g = 4 cups of dry pasta; cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
¤ In adequate blend of warm, any mild-flavour, vegetable oil & about equal quantity of (pasteurized salted) butter — add mashed pieces of about 10 garlic cloves, finely sliced pieces of 4 medium tomatoes, followed by finely sliced pieces of a handful of spinach leaves; and add salt – according to preference of flavour,
¤ Add a pinch of turmeric powder and sliced pieces of paneer (200g – cottage cheese) to the melted blend,
¤ After a little while – combine the warm, cooked macaroni pasta with the warm mixture,
¤ Blend two slices of cheese to melt in the warm combination.
